• Monday through Friday from 4pm to 7pm will not be available for seasonal court time.

• Availability on Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 11pm will be limited.

• 8% Sales/Admin Tax will be be added to the rates listed above.

SEASONAL COURT TIME PROGRAM — The NEW 34-week season (adding 2 seasonal court time weeks) runs from September 11, 2023 to May 5, 2024, not including certain holidays.

There will be no Seasonal Court Time reservations on the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Day (November 23, 2023)

Christmas Eve (December 24, 2023)

Christmas Day (December 25, 2023)

New Year's Eve (December 31, 2023)

New Year's Day (January 1, 2024)

Montgomery TennisPlex is pleased to announce our 11th season! And we are proud to offer the best indoor tennis courts in Montgomery County to our most loyal tennis patrons.

We have twelve (12) beautiful indoor hard courts and four (4) beautiful lighted outdoor hard courts in South Germantown Recreational Park. The indoor courts are under three air-conditioned bubbles for comfortable year-round play. The United States Tennis Association rewarded Montgomery TennisPlex as an "Outstanding Facilities Award Winner."

NEW FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS:

• Bubble C (#3) was opened in November 2022.

• LED lights have been installed in all three air-conditioned bubbles.

• The tennis courts in Bubble A (#1), Bubble B (#2), and outdoors will be resurfaced by Summer 2023.

  Here are a few 2023-2024 TennisPlex Seasonal Court Time benefits:

1. Convenience to play tennis and get regular exercise -- even during high-demand times -- without the need to make reservations.

2. Competitive season court time rates compared to other local indoor tennis facilities.

3. Everyone gets membership privileges with no membership fees and no guest fees.

4. Seasonal reservations will be on a "first come first served" basis - no lottery.

5. One make-up week may be rescheduled for similarly priced court time with seven days’ notice (e.g., a week may be added at the end of the season).

6. "Incumbent" seasonal customers (who had contracts for the 2022-2023 season) have 1st option on the same court time in the 2023-2024 season.

SPECIAL 2023 Spring/Summer Seasonal Court Time!

We are giving 20 FREE (adding 4 more hours!) Spring/Summer indoor court time hours from May 15 to September 10, 2023 for those who complete the application process and pay in full by May 14, 2023.

Your FREE Spring/Summer court time hours can be any day/time based on court availability.

How to Apply for 2023-2024 Seasonal Court Time?

1. Submit the 2023-2024 Seasonal Court Time Application.

2. Make a $100 deposit via a single non-refundable check for each court hour. The initial deposit is due on May 14, 2023.

3. If you pay the full Seasonal Court Time amount by May 14, 2023 then you will receive 20 FREE Spring/Summer indoor court time hours until September 10, 2023.

4. The balance payment for Seasonal Court Time is due on June 18, 2023. If full payment is not received by this date, then courts will be released, and deposits will not be returned.

5. If seasonal court time requests are received on or after June 19, 2023, then confirmation will be based on court availability at the time of receipt. Full payment is due upon confirmation of court time.

6. If the final payment is made after September 11, 2023, an extra late fee will be charged. Final payment must be made in one single payment by check or credit card.

Dates and Holidays

• Please check your calendars before requesting seasonal court time! Refunds are not allowed for unused time.

• The 34-week indoor season runs from September 11, 2023 to May 5, 2024.

• Every seasonal contract receives 34 weeks of play.

• Holiday Periods - No Seasonal Court Time:

  Thanksgiving Day (November 23, 2023)

  Christmas Eve (December 24, 2023)

  Christmas Day (December 25, 2023)

  New Year's Eve (December 31, 2023)

  New Year's Day (January 1, 2024)

Montgomery TennisPlex Seasonal Court Time Policies

1. Club Hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm. 7 days a week.

2. All seasonal time requests are on a "first come first served" basis.

3. Seasonal time must be reserved for at least one hour on the hour, except Monday through Friday before 4pm when reservations may be made on the half-hour.

4. We will inform you if you received your choice(s) and, if necessary, discuss back-up options.

5. If application is not accepted, we will return your deposit.

6. The TennisPlex reserves the right to change court assignments at any time.

7. Re-sales and/or transfers of seasonal court time rights may occur only with written approval by a Montgomery TennisPlex officer.

8. All players must provide their name, mailing address, email address, at least one phone number and a signed waiver before they play. Captains are responsible to ensure that all who play on their court have submitted signed waivers to the TennisPlex.

9. All players must check in at front desk before playing to confirm court assignment and, if needed, to sign waivers.

10. Seasonal contracts will not include the holiday dates listed above.

11. Successful applicants and all players must sign a release and indemnity (waiver) form.

Montgomery TennisPlex Spot Time Policies

1. Club Hours are 6:00am to 11:00pm. 7 days a week.

2. Spot time rates are listed above.

3. Spot time refers to individual court time reservations as opposed to seasonal court time, which lasts an entire 34-week season.

4. Tennis courts are for public use. There are no membership fees and no guest fees.

5. All courts must be reserved and paid for before play begins.

6. Courts may be reserved in 1-hour or 2-hour increments (on the hour) during Club Hours, 7:00am-11:00pm. 7 days a week

7. Spot time reservations may be made up to 3 days in advance by going through the online CourtReserve account court sheet platform.

8. Cancellations for all courts must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the court time reservation; otherwise the reserving player will be charged in full for the court time.
